Postage information

Regular post

In order to keep postage costs to a minimum, we currently send all orders in a padded envelope using Australia Post's regular postal service. It is important to note that this means that your purchase will be unregistered and uninsured. Therefore, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, wood'n cannot be held liable for this. As such, in the event that your package is lost or the items you have purchased are damaged, they will not be replaced at our expense.

Registered post

We encourage our customers to purchase 'Registered Post' when placing their orders. This service will ensure that your package can be tracked as it makes its way from me to you. As well, it covers you against loss or damage up to $100.

Postage times 

Postage times are largely dependent upon where you live in Australia. Postage times may be a bit longer during busy periods or due to unforseen circumstances affecting Australia Post.

If sent via regular post, you can generally expect your order to take between 2 to 6 business days to reach you. Alternatively, if you require your purchase sooner, 'Express Post' is available for an additional fee. This service ensures that your package will arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
