To kick off your custom order, simply purchase the initial design fee ($7). I will then contact you via email to discuss your dreams for your child's custom necklace. Be sure to have a photo handy of the outfit you would like me to match.

I will then sketch a mock-up of the design, including the paint colours, finishes, and materials that I think best match your vision, and will send it to you, again via email, for you to review. At this stage you can ask that I make any changes, as required.

Once you are happy with the design and have agreed to the proof, I will commence work on the necklace. This is when the ✨ magic ✨ happens!

Upon completion, I will send you a photo of the finished necklace and ask that you pay the final fee ($15 - includes FREE postage. Once payment has been received, I will send your necklace on its merry way for your child to enjoy.

Terms and conditions:

Due to differences in monitors, it is possible that some colours will NOT match exactly. But I will do my best to do so.

Included in the initial design fee is ONE review of the necklace design. A further fee ($7) will be incurred if changes are requested after this point.

Expect the custom design process to take up to 2 weeks. If you require your child's necklace sooner, please contact me BEFORE purchasing to discuss. Allow a further 1-7 days for postage.

Your purchase includes free, untracked postage within Australia. If you would like your package to be trackable, you will be required to pay an additional fee. If you choose not to upgrade, I cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your package. Similarly, if you require Express Post, an additional charge will be incurred.
